Each persons belief in the Gospel is shaped and influenced by their exposure to it and to the extent by wish their mind has being renewed. And also to the tradition they still hold on to.
Hebrew 10:1-2 says that because of the sacrifice of Jesus, we should no more be conscious of our sin, what a statement. This new covenant that Jesus put in effect our sin are no more hold against anyone. Any one can come to God at any time and be made right with him. Yet the faith to received is tried by the knowledge we have of the word.
There is a flood of grace hitting our planet at the moment. With millions of millions of people walking up to the truth that we are not justified by observing the law. Or living unto some moral standard anymore. But simply believing in the lord Jesus Christ.
Under this new covenant God consider those who believe in him as spotless and blameless in his sight. Before the cross (even when Jesus walk the earth) the house of isreal lives under a different set of rules than what we now have. This was called the old covenant and it mainly stated that God faithfulness and is blessings were dependent on Israel's ability to obey all the rules of the commandments.
"But when the fullness of the time had come. God sent forth his son. Born of a woman, born under the law: to redeemed then that where under the law...." (Galatians 4:4,5)
"For what the law could not do in that why it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending is son in sinful flesh, on account of sin; he condemned sin in the flesh. That the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us. Who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit, you are not in the flesh but in the spirit. If indeed the spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone doesn't have to spirit of Christ. He is non of his(Romans8:3-4,9NKJV)
Before is death on the cross, we stood guilty in God's sight. We were doomed-condemmed and without hope. But all thing have change. Because of his blood.
"Forasmuch as ye know that ye weren't redeemed with corruption things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation [your manner of life or conduct] received by tradition from your father's: but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot......" (1peter1:18,19)
Jesus is the most precious thing that God had. So for God to shield this precious Blood for sin. Meaning there will not remained any sin problem.
2. BECAUSE OF OUR RIGHT STANDING.
Jesus Christ during is earth work was more conscious of this right standing with God, and the father's love toward him "I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one: and that the world may know that thou you have sent me, and have love them, AS YOU HAVE LOVED ME" (john17:23) what a Good news that God love you and me with the same amount of love that he love Jesus, 1john4:8 says God is love, if he is love means it take him all of himself to loved us.
"To wit [or to know], that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespass unto them....." (2cor5:19) here is saying that God is not holding against us again, our sin he as already forgiven any sinner that need to be forgiven. There is still no sin problem, Jesus has already taking care of that. Get your mind renewed on the word and you will be transformed. When a sinner come to Jesus with faith in is mouth and is heart all that Jesus accomplished at Calvary will be credited to his account.
2cor5:21 tells us that God made Jesus, who knew no sin to be sin for us "that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" it was a righteous thing with God the father to make righteous Jesus sin for unrighteous man, and then punish sin on the cross, that righteousness can be credited to all that believe in him.
"As far as the East is from the west, so far hath he removed transgression from us" (psalm103:12) your sin is no were to be found, so stop trying to resurrect it, have heard Keith Moore tell a story about a boy about 4yrs who came to him, telling about how he fell from is bike and get a pill on is knell. He said that the boy was trying to removed all the first aid bandges showing him how deep the wound was. When he was like thinking oh! my God what's this boy doing. That's what most believers are doing. Trying to bring to God's remembrance all their past error. When God word have boldly declared that they are no where to be found.
Sin consciousness is not from God. Jesus had forever settled sin problem.
3. YOUR SIN WERE REMITTED
Sin consciousness give birth to defeat and a false sense of huminity, which is not huminity at all "for they being ignorant of God's righteousness, has not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God (Romans 10:3) being sin conscious is arrogant because it doesn't summit to God's word and is righteousness. The rather Part of it Say's they are "going about to established there own righteousness" which is not righteousness because it is not of faith."for the law having a shadow of good things to come and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect "(Hebrew 10:1) under the levitical law, blood of Innocent animal were killed every year. To cover the sin of the people but those blood could not make anybody perfect, it did not take away sin sin so yearly they have to be made. "Now were remission of this is there is no more offering for sin.(Hebrew 10:18) what Jesus does with out sin was to remit it, and for this there is no more offering for it.

The above scripture Say's the righteous requirements of the law (that which was needed to obtained righteousness through the law) were met by Jesus and Jesus also then took upon himself the full punishment for the sin of the entire world. According to the law sin as to punished, so he was made sin and punish like sin once, to justify all those who put their faith in Christ Jesus. Above are three reason why believers don't have to be sin conscious.
1.because of the blood
