how to handle disappointment

Jesus was amazed at Peter's unbelief. He was saying when peters said "the fig tree you cursed is withered away"[mark11:21] Jesus was telling peter you shouldn't be shock to see this fig tree withered. "Just have faith in God" v22.

Then Jesus went on to explained that this wasn't limited to the fig tree. He use a mountain has an example but I believed it could apply to anything. He was making the point that if we say it with our mouths and believe it with our hearts. We can have what we say.

"That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be removed. And be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his hearts, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass. He shall have whatsoever he saith.(mark11:23)

Jesus use the word " say or saith" three time in the above verse. He was making it clear that words has power. But he also said "have faith in God" the word that have power are word that are filled with faith.

            FIG TRESS TODAY
how many times have you been disappointed by a fig tree. Jesus and his disciples were on their way to Jerusalem when Jesus saw a fig tree in a distance. He was hungry. So he and the disciples headed over the tree to get some figs to eat. But once he got there, they discovered there wasn't any fruit on the tree. (See mark11:11-14).

I haven't studied fig tree neither have I seen it. But have been told that when fig tree has leaves it's supposed to have fruit. When Jesus saw the tree from far hope was birth in him he believed he would be able to satisfy his hunger. But after he reach the tree he was disappointed and still hungry.

Just like it happened to Jesus here. A fig tree represent false hope. Unlike in this case we may see something from a distance that like  the very answer to our problem but later we find out it was nothing but an empty promise.

But look at what happened! Jesus doesn't complained. He use his authority and said "let no man eat figs from this tree ever again" (mark11:14).      Now also take thought of this when Jesus speak to the fig tree. It's looks like nothing happened. But when we to our mountain and nothing happened right that moment we shouldn't be immediately discouraged.

       IT NOT ABOUT YOU.
JESUS DECLARES " that whatsoever  you ask (demand) in my name I will give it to you " (john14:14). Its not about us! Its about Christ. It's about knowing who we are in him. Jesus declares that what ever we demand in it name he we give it to us. We don't demand it from God, it's the devil our adversary that will demand that he should take is ugly hand off our affairs

Jesus died on the cross ,2,000 years ago, he done his part. Some people are waiting for Jesus to come down from heaven. Grab hold of our fig tree, but that far from the truth. Jesus said you do something about your fig tree. Command your fig tree in the name of Jesus. All authority is in the name. The name doesn't belonged to just a few has Jesus doesn't belong to just a few.    Romans10:12 says "for the same lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him"

                  IT WORKS
Let us go back to our previous text the 23 of mark 11 it says. "For assuredly. I say unto you, whosoever says to this mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea, and doesn't doubt in his heart, but believes that thoses things he says will be done, he will have whatsoever he says.
"for assuredly..... " the word assuredly means "undoubtedly" or confidently, in other word Jesus was saying to his disciples in know It works. And we can be confident two that when we put God's word to work it works for us.

The disciples saw God's word work through Jesus. They saw him speak to a fig tree. And the fig tree died, the next day when the disciples saw that the fig tree had withered away. They asked Jesus what he did.

Jesus said I did what you can do. Jesus said! "I just did a what you can do. " I spoke to it and commanded it to dry up" and it dried up has a result of Jesus words. Jesus has faith in God and he spoke confidently to that tree. The disciples doesn't see any change right away, BUT THINGS BEGAN TO CHANGE AND THEY SAW TO RESULT NEXT MORNING.

we have to understand that God isn't a drive through window. He isn't a microwave. We often think we're going to get our needs met immediately and sometimes that does happen. But other time we have to have Patience and to   to keep standing, God's word works.

After three days or longer the answer doesn't come. Keep thanking God. That your fig trees is gone. [That's called faith]. After we got another bad report. Our emotion may try to kick in. It only natural for that to happened. But our faith in God also need to kick in.

If something is thrown toward our face. We automatically put our hand up to block it. It's natural reaction that we don't need to think about.

In the same way, when doubt and unbelief come and our emotion's start to rise the hand of faith nerd to rise automatically inside us to stop this doubts.

        OPEN YOUR MOUTH
Begin to speak things that you want in your life, not things that you already have. Decide what kind of life you want to live and speak those things into existence.

Jesus told his disciples. "Assuredly, I say to you, whosoever say to this mountain....." many people have said, "well this was only for the disciples" No it's for whosoever, you see. We are whosoever because God is backing us. We can speak boldly to our mountain and it will move but we are ones who have to speak. And he we take care of it for us. No matter how big it may seems.

Often we look at things that seems big to us and then think it is impossible to overcome, but that is far from the truth. "Luke 18:27 says " the things which are impossible with men are possible with God"(Nkjv) God his able and that he will do it.

living a fulfilled life by getting carear freedom

Fourth of July in the USA celebrates one kind of freedom. But this certainly not the only way freedom can be defined. How would you define it? That might be very difficult from someone else's definition. "Your time is your most valuable assets" Most of us spend more than half of our working hours working or doing work-related activities. That's a lot of time? And if you aren't unhappy at work, were you spend at least 50% of your time, them it will be very difficult to find fulfilment in your life unfortunately most of us don't Know how to create careers that bring us wealth and happiness. What is freedom According to merian - Webster: the concept of freedom can include these two aspects. *The absence of necessity, coercion, or constraints in choice or action (in other words, a lack of enforced or limited behavior) *Liberation from slavery or restraint or from power of another (alternatively expressed as Independence). The ultimate budget guide

A budget is a plan. That's all it is, and a plan is a detailed proposal for doing or achieving something. The word budget often gets a bum rap, people worry thinking it'll be like putting a straitjacket on their spending. But budgeting doesn't tell you not to spend, instead gives you the power to spend the right way towards your goal. Some years back when I first come to myself about where I was financially. And began looking for help, some friends of mine redirected to Dave Ramsey website were I understand more about Budgeting. And the very thing I understand was that budgeting is a plan, and not long I also come across a book by brian Tracy "goals" Then I understand that what dump me inside of the dishes I was financially was my lack of plans. Maybe your goals was to retire early, or to lunch your own private enterprise or to pay off all bad debt. What so ever your goal is, as far you need money to achieve it. You need this powerful force called budgeting. To c...

understanding living by faith

Reading through the new testament you hear Jesus saying. Your faith has made you whole. believed in God and also believed in me, be it unto you has you believed, he that believeth on me. In this post below we are going to cover a lot of ground on this' that the scripture says we should live by. (faith) because if a thing is not importance God won't have said we should live by it. "For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, the just shall live by faith" (Roman1:17) has air is vital to living in this three dimensional world so is the word vital to our recreated human spirit. We need the word to survived in the spirit world. And the word have a lot more about how we can have faith and make it our way of life.                 FAITH IS A WAY OF LIFE " Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible; by the word of God, which lives and abides forever" (1peter1:23) at the new birth, the scri...

How to get out of debt faster than you ever think possible

I sincerely believe that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity under the name of funding, is but swinding futurity on a large scale"..... Thomas Jefferson The average American househood with credit card carries more than $15,000 in credit card debt, according to Debt.org. Latest post:  what to do if behind with rent Add to that &1.2 trillion (and growing) in student loan debt, sprinkled in car loans, and medical debt, and we've got ourselves an issues.
