I have found people going from meeting to meetings, from healing line to healing lines, looking for where the power his. And there are also arguments in the Church world about. Why did some don't get healed. Since it is, his will to healed. some has concluded that God did not healed all for a reason unknown. But God's word revealed that, God heals all, of every disease, at any time. If it's not God will for all to he healed then it mean it is not also God will for all to be save. Jesus has richly provided salvation for everybody by paying the complete penalty of our sin. But sir people are perishing everyday at hell. Is it that God just want those folk's to spend there live like that. If God want all to be save means he also want all to be healed. "For by grace are will saved through faith" (eph2:8)
Faith is the force that appropriate God's gift. It's like a pipe that connect us to God's grace. Faith is the principal reason why all are not healed and not saved. Many are too in a haste for hand to be laid on them. And are too BUSY to hear the word of God concerning there healing for their body. If you read through the new testament especially the gospels you will hear Jesus saying, "AS YOU AS BELIEVED SO BE DONE UNTO YOU; YOUR FAITH HAS MADE YOU WHOLE".
" so then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"(Roman10:17) if there is any other way we can have faith this scripture must be lying. But since God's word didn't contradict himself, the only way way to have faith to be healed is through God's word. The word of God is like wet and water. When you pour water on a substance it wet. Will have being hearing of Abraham in connection to faith, but how did Abraham has this faith. Abraham has faith in God when God make him a promise. "Who against hope believed in hope that he might become the father of many nations according to that which was SPOKEN, so shall your seed be" (Roman 4:18). The beginning of Abraham faith journey starts when God made him a promise. Before God told him, I have made you the father if many nations Abraham have no room for faith. Because you can't have faith where the will of God is unknown. Maybe it may not be is will to healed you. Or so and so does not get healed for a reason which only him knows. There is what Keith Moore calls "no fault religion" it is all up to God. People do not want to take responsibility, so everything that wents wrong is up to God. Not my fault but God's fault, that not a rich ground for faith.
" AS HE WENT OUT OF JERICHO WITH HIS DISCIPLES AND A GREAT MULTITUDE, BLIND BARTIMAEUS THE SON OF TIMAEUS SAT BY THE ROAD BEGGING.............AND WHEN HE HEAD....(MARK10:46-47) I don't know what he hear, but I believed he hear something about the healing mercy of Jesus, "how shall they called on him of whom they have not believed, and how shall they believed in whom they have not HEAD....." (Roman 10:14) he heard something about Jesus before he has the faith to called on to Jesus.
God has always has something in mind for the healing of our bodies, that why he has not dealt with us according to what we deserved, if God where to give us what we deserved he wouldn't has done anything. He wouldn't have sent Jesus to this world. And if we where to get what we deserved. We could had being sick, poor all our short live and die went to hell. Even under the old covenant he has the healing of his people in mind, he said "i am the lord that you" and all those that where persuaded and embrace those word where healed
And at this very dispensation he did something magnificent, so perfect and powerful he come to take away our sin and sicknesses, he came has a scape goat to bore our sins and diseases. First peter the 2nd chapter verse 24 says "WHO IN IS OWN SELF BORE OUR SINS IN IS OWN BODY ON THE TREE, THAT WE BEING DEAD TO SINS, SHOULD LIVE TO RIGHTEOUSNESS; BY WHOSE STRIPES YOU WERE HEALED.
This is why you don't still need to be sick, the word says "you where" past tense healed. GLORY TO GOD. but right when where you healed when all your sin and sickness where laid on him. It's already a Seattled fact, you can be questioning if God has already healed every one?. Why are there sick folk's all about? it's same has asking if Jesus as already paid the penalty for everyone sin, why is all not saved. But the answer is all are not healed because not all believed. Believing is possessing the blessings of God.
God is not a respecter of person but he respects faith in is word. All that came to God in faith for healing has always been healed. Healing is for us today just like forgiveness of sin is for every one. The word says why will didn't look at things which are seen, but that the thing which are not seen, for the seen thing are temporal but the unseen are eternal (2cor4:18). God's word are the unseen realities, they are eternal and they are true. How do you look at somethings that can't be seen with the physical eye. You look at it through the eye of faith. His word says you are healed and all the symptoms are saying the contrary. What are you to do? You are to ignore the symtoms and put pressure on the word.
Someone is calling you, and you just keep walking right along, you art like you do not hear them that is called IGNORING. You did not say they are not there, but you are not just allowing them to impact on your present circumstances. Satan is the God of the sense realm, has long has you walk in your sense he defeat you thoroughly. Because he have enough sickness, poverty and depression, to give all who choose to work in is realm. But God always have a tremendous blessing for all who walk in the spirit. I rather believed God's word that I am the healed than my sense.
The word says " it is impossible for God to lie." If he cannot lie lie, means he must always be saying the truth. So if God says I am healed, I must be healed.
Will God really perform his word? Yes he said in Jeremiah 1:12"....... For I will hasten my word to perform it" you need be fully persuaded that Jesus has bear your sicknesses
